The Cohen Stadium was named after two brothers who were baseball players in the early 1900s and is currently looking for a team after the departure of The Diablos.

The El Paso Patriots (771-6620) kick the soccer ball around in Dudley Stadium in downtown El Paso from April through August. The Patriots are one of the 72 teams making up the U.S. Interregional Soccer League -  the largest soccer league in the country.

High velocity is the standard at the El Paso Speedway Park. Special events include dwarf cars, motorcycles, car dealers race and others from April – October.

For four legged sports, just a 10 minute drive from El Paso is the Sunland Park Race Track (505-589-1139). It offers thorough bred and quarter horse racing in  October though May.
